Minutes

The minutes were read from our last meeting. They were accepted as read.

Treasurers Report

Mary Zimmerman reported that we have completed the IRS audit of our books and it was sent to the state office as required.

Membership Report

No new membership enquiries to report at this time.

Certificate of Merit

All Certificate of Merit testing from now on will be online. You should be receiving information about registration from the state office soon.

We discussed many of the difficulties that everyone had experienced this last year with the online testing. Please send Sheryl Cannon an email stating the issues that you may have experienced with the testing and video uploads She will be sending an email to the branches liaison so that our concerns can be addressed at the next state meeting.

Branch Festival

We decided to table this for now and discuss this in depth at our meeting in September.

Recital Planning

Our upcoming recitals will be still be virtual due to health restrictions.

We will be sending out links for these as soon as possible. You can also have your students submit a video for these recitals if they are unable to perform live. Remember to have your students sign up on our website mtacav.org. It is simple and convenient.

Meeting Planning
